1.1. When used in this Agreement the terms and definitions shall have the respective meanings indicated in the Agreement, such meanings to be applicable to all Parties liable to this Agreement:

a) Service is a set of functional software and hardware capacities of the Licenser, Site and Content included, the access to the latter is granted to the User in the framework of information service.

b) Site is an automated information system accessible on the Internet via link (subdomains included) http:…

c) the User is any person or his/her representative who signs the Agreement with the Licenser in conformity with the current legislation and the provisions of this Agreement.

d) Content is any information embracing text, graphic, audio and other documents being accessible via the Service

1.2. The User is liable to use the Service in conformity with its functional capacities, including the following:

• view the Content in the framework of the Service

• subscribe to informative mailing

• refer to the Client support service via contacts available on the Site

• submit an application form and enroll for the course selected using online application forms available on the Site

• pay the services ordered via the recourse indicated on the Site

1.3. By using one of the Site facilities envisaged above, you shall agree that:

a) you are fully informed of all the provisions under this Agreement before you start using the Service.

b) you fully conform with all the conditions of this Agreement and the Papers indicated in it without exclusions and limitations on your behalf and you shall be entitled to follow them, otherwise terminate the usage of the Site.

2.1. By signing this Agreement, you agree that you shall be bound by the terms and conditions envisaged in the following papers (hereinafter "Mandatory Papers"):

a) Privacy Policy, placed and accessible on the Internet via https://heldela.es/user-terms, defines the rules of granting and using confidential information, personal data of the User included.

2.2. The Licenser is entitled to set limits and introduce any other technical restrictions to use the Service, the information of the latter shall be provided to the User in the form and via the channel selected by the Licenser.

By signing this Agreement, you shall agree that:

3.1. The Parties to this Agreement on granting the Service use on a pro-bono basis are not liable to the Consumer Protection laws.

3.2. The Service shall be granted "as is" to use for the information-consultancy purposes therefore the User shall not be guaranteed that the Service will comply to all the User's demands. The services will be provided continuously, speedily and reliably without defects, however, in conformity with the timetable designed by the Licenser. The results that may be acquired using the Service will be exact and reliable, the quality of any other product, information, service or Content provided via the Service will meet the expectations of the User. All the mistakes in the Content or Service software will be eliminated.

3.3. As the Service is under continuous improvement and updating, the form and method of the services granted may be changed without warning the User in advance. The Licenser is entitled to temporarily or completely terminate granting the services (some functions) to all Users or you in particular without prior notification unless other conditions are defined and signed in the Agreement with the User.

3.4. The User or third entities shall not have the right:
- to copy (replicate) in any form the software, database or any elements constituting the Content of the Licenser unless a prior consent of the Licenser is granted in advance;
- to crack, emulate, decompile, disassemble, decrypt the software or do alike actions with the Service;
- to create software products/services using the Service unless a prior consent of the Licenser is granted.

3.5. Upon tracking the bugs in the Service operation or mistakes in the Content, please inform the Licenser by the address indicated in the requisites or notify the Client support service.

4.1. The User agrees to receive the information messages (hereinafter Notifications) sent by the Licenser to the email address or telephone number indicated by the User on the Service.

4.2. The Licenser is bound to use Notifications to inform the User about the changes and new options on the Service as well as about amendments to the Agreement or Mandatory Papers indicated in the latter. The Licenser shall have the right to send information and advertising messages.

5.1. This Agreement may be altered or terminated by the Licenser unilaterally without informing the User in advance or paying out any compensation in this respect.

5.2. The edition in force of this Agreement is available on the Site of the Licenser and is accessible on the Internet by the link https://heldela.es/user-terms.

5.3. The requisites of the Licenser:
